2013 Lineup:

Electric Daisy Carnival Lineup 2013

EDC Information:

  • EDC NYC 2013 (its got a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?) is taking place on Friday May 17th and Saturday May 18th
  • Last year, initially only two days were announced, but they quickly added a third. So keep sunday May 19th open!
  • The location has changed.  Last year took place at the Meadowlands, in New Jersey. This year’s EDC will take place at Citi Field in Flushing, Queens in New York City.
  • The concert runs from approximately 4pm to 2am so be ready to stay out all night.
  • The age limit for EDC NYC is 18 years or older.

Lineup:

Some of the headliners included Armin VanBuren, Avicii, AfroJack, BassNectar, Dirty South, Alesso, Chuckie, and Thomas Gold last year.  The Line up was announced on April 20th in 2012, which is relatively late for a concert in May, so you can probably bet that the 2013 New York EDC Lineup will probably be announc

ed around the same time. In the mean time, here are some thing to think about to ease the anxiety you have over this year’s EDC line up:

  • If you bought tickets, but are worried the line-up for 2013’s EDC won’t be so great, don’t be. You made the right decision.
  • Tickets have already jumped from $159 to well over $250 in some places. The lineup is guaranteed to be great, so get to buying those EDC New York City tickets as soon as possible if you haven’t already.
  • They’ve done this before. EDC is one of the oldest electric dance music festivals around, and has a great reputation for bringing in the best acts in the industry
  • Last year’s line-up was ridiculous. Headliner after headliner rocked Metlife stadium. Expect the 2013 EDC lineup to be just as insane.

  • Check back often! We will be posting the official 2013 Electric Daisy Carnival: New York City Lineup as soon as its announced!

2013 lineup has been officially announced!

On Sale Dates:

Buy your Electric Daisy Carnival tickets ASAP.  Concert Festivals, like EDC, sell incrementally.  This means that they will put out pre-sale tickets for cheap. If those presale tickets sell out quickly, then they’ll offer up a next batch of tickets for a little bit more expensive.  They’ll keep doing this, until the last batch of tickets sells for a highly inflated price. Don’t be one of those people who gets caught buying EDC tickets last minute! Convinced Yet? If so, then get you’re tickets here. If not, then keep reading!

  • EDC NYC Presale Tickets went on sale February 8th 2013, and were almost immediately sold out.
  • The  presale tickets were listed at $159 for 2-day GA and $299 for VIP
  • They can now be seen listed for $249 at cheapest online.
  • These prices will likely only go up so go buy a pair ASAP if you plan on going!

How is it that TickPick has tickets for $210 each, while the official site is charging $240? Also, just to be clear all tickets are for both days, correct? I see some tickets listed as “2 day GA” but aren’t all tickets for both days?

Pretty crazy that EDC tickets on TickPick ($242 each minus the $20 discount above), are less than the official EDC website, which is $240 after their fees http://wl.flavorus.com/event/EDC-New-York/157521?afflky=insomniac

FYI – I think you should leave the 2012 EDC lineup up, even after the 2013 schedule is announced. It’s always nice to look back at it.
