A$AP Mob Announces ‘Too Cozy’ Tour Dates

The Harlem hip-hop collective A$AP Mob, lead by A$AP Rocky, dropped their debut album Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends back in 2016. The mob has never toured as a group, and after the death of founding member A$AP Yams, fans were uncertain as to if they ever would. But it looks like the A$AP Mob is far from being over, because this week, they dropped some exciting news.

A$AP Rocky will lead the A$AP Mob across North America this Fall on the collective’s ‘Too Cozy’ Tour. The announcement alludes to their debut album and possibly the long-awaited arrival of the Cozy Tapes Vol. 2which was brought up again by the Mob earlier this month. Word is that Cozy Tapes Vol. 2 is “coming soon”, and with the announcement of the ‘Too Cozy’ Tour, we think it’s about time Mob fans get ready for the next chapter of Harlem’s finest.

Along with Rocky, the A$AP Mob lineup features A$AP Ferg, A$AP Twelvyy, A$AP Nast and A$AP Ant. While Rocky, Twelvyy, Nast and Ant will appear at every show, Ferg will be missing on certain tour dates. Playboi Carti, who recently appeared in A$AP Mob’s latest single “RAF“, will also serve as support on select dates. In addition to what we think will amount to several surprise guests, Key! and DJ duo Cozy Boys will open throughout.

Aside from the tour announcement, A$AP Mob also released a music video for “RAF”, which features Playboi Carti, Quavo, Lil Uzi Vert and Frank Ocean. The video uses an amended version of “RAF” while A$AP Rocky, Quavo and Carti model clothes from the Raf Simons archive. You can check out the stylish “RAF” video below.

In addition to “RAF”, A$AP Mob recently released “Wrong“, feat. A$AP Rocky and Ferg. We’re not sure if the two tracks will appear on the rumored Cozy Tapes Vol. 2, or if their second album will arrive in 2017, but with the steady release of new material and the announcement of the ‘Too Cozy’ Tour, we think more music from the Mob is likely.
