Drake Hints at New Music with Toronto Studio Session Photos

Earlier this year, Drake released More Life, a “playlist” that debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and broke several streaming records. Drake has been incredibly busy since its release, making several guest appearances and headlining his eighth annual OVO Festival. Drizzy has also recently announced the second leg of his ‘Boy Meets World Tour‘, set to take place throughout Australia and New Zealand, despite a number of setbacks in kicking off the first set of tour dates. Even though it seems impossible that Drake would be ready to release more music, after teasing a More Life follow-up and dropping hints via social media, it looks like the highly prolific rapper wants fans to get excited about an upcoming project.

Check out the photos which show Drake in his temporary Toronto apartment (he’s currently having a mansion built), at work in his home studio, below.

A new Drake album before the end of 2017, in our opinion, is far from impossible. For the past two years, Drizzy fans haven’t had to go very long between his album releases. In the winter of 2015, he dropped off his If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late project. The following two springs, he dropped Views and More Life. Now, it seems he’s back to the studio to keep his pattern going.

We’re not sure exactly what Drake is cooking up, as his teasers are merely captioned with emojis. Though, we’d like to keep our hopes up for that long-awaited Drake + The Weeknd collaboration, as he hinted at it during his past OVO Fest. Check back for more updates regarding new Drake music, album announcements, and ‘Boy Meets World’ Tour dates.
