UPDATE: Nickelback postpones tour dates, Kroeger undergoing surgery
Due to lead singer and guitarists Chad Kroeger’s unspecified health issues, Nickelback will once again be postponing their 2015 ‘No Fixed Address’ Tour. This comes after a series of postponement around ‘scheduling conflicts’ and other issues. The word on the street is that the band will make up for any cancelled tour dates after they get back from Europe, but that is yet to be confirmed.

How to Win Tickets to see Nickelback in concert
— Nickelback (@Nickelback) March 19, 2015
There is not a lot of information out there about this contest; however, after doing some research, I was able to find that Pingo is an app that’s like an Instagram/Puzzle app/Giveaway app all in one. I guess you upload photos (the Instagram part) according to various specifications (the puzzle part), and when you do, you’re entered into giveaways that you select. Why Nickelback is partnering up with them to give away concerts tickets to their new tour, I have no idea.
What are Nickelback tickets going for?
Tickets for Nickelback’s tour are sold out in most venues, and almost sold out at just about every venue. Ergo, if you’re looking for face-value Nickelback tickets, you’ll want to ask fast. If you aren’t able to get face-value Nickelback tickets before they sell out, check out TickPick for the cheapest prices on the secondary market.
Here is how Nickelback ticket prices have moved over the last month on the secondary market:
What is a Nickelback concert like?
While I’ve never been lucky enough to attend a Nickelback concert myself, from everything I’ve heard from fans, Nickelback puts on amazing show! Check out the ‘No Fixed Address’ setlist and concert reviews below:
After reading hundreds of reviews from fans about what it is like to see a Nickelback concert, I can say with some assurance that a Nickelback concert is a really good time. Check out what this fan from Nickelback’s native Canada had to say about the show:
“Everyone who went to “see” Nickleback enjoyed much more then a band up on stage displaying their musical abilities . . . Nickelback fans were invited to take part in the singing of many favorite songs. . . Although it was a packed house, instead of putting on a show, Nickleback invited each fan to join/help sing along with them, it felt like you were at a friends house enjoying a few drinks along with some awesome music. Thanks Nickleback!”
Most fans seem to agree with what was said above, though be warned, if you’re not ready to sing along to the songs, a Nickelback concert may not be for you. One concertgoer (the only negative review I came across) scathingly said that he didn’t go there to see karaoke. Other fans commented on how great they sounded, and after watching the videos I compiled for the setlist above, I have to remark on hwo great they sound compared to other bands that only sound great on their CD, and sound off on stage. “They sounded even better in person that they do on the radio!” one fan from South Dakota gushed after seeing Nickelback in concert.
