Grammy-winning Latin rock band Santana has just announced a run of residency dates in Las Vegas that will take place at the House of Blues at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. These dates will follow the conclusion of their current tour that is scheduled to end on August 25th in Long Island, and it celebrates the 20th anniversary of their groundbreaking album, Supernatural.
Their residency at the House of Blues will begin on September 18th and will include numerous other dates in September, with one performance slated for October, many in November, and just-added shows in January, February, and May of 2020 that go on sale this week. See the bottom of this blog for the full schedule of performance dates.
Opening acts for non-residency dates during this tour will be the Doobie Brothers.
Fans can expect tickets for this tour to be in major demand due to Santana’s legendary status as one of rock’s biggest names, which begs the question: when do Santana tickets go on sale and how can you get cheap tickets?
When Do Santana Tickets Go On Sale and What are the Presale Codes?
The on-sale date for the general public begins on Friday, August 9th at 10 am local time. If you go this route, we recommend reading up on how to buy tickets on Ticketmaster fast.
If you’re looking to get tickets ahead of that date to get an early start on the market, you can use the following presales and codes that we’ve found below:
- Citi Cardmember and Platinum presales will begin on Tuesday, August 6th at 10 am local time. The Citi presale code will be 412800, but keep in mind that you’ll need a Citi card in order to complete your purchase.
- Ticketmaster, Radio, LiveNation, and LiveNation Mobile App presales will all take place beginning on Thursday, August 8th at 10 am local time. The LiveNation presale code will be SHAKEIT, while the LiveNation Mobile App presale code will be COVERT.
Are There Any Purchase Limits for Santana Tickets?
There is an overall eight (8) ticket limit for this event. Failure to adhere to these limits or exceeding these limits while purchasing tickets through these presales can put your orders at risk of getting cancelled by the venues and/or TicketMaster.
How to Get Sold Out Santana Tickets
If you weren’t able to secure tickets through any presales or general sales for Santana, don’t worry, you’re not alone. Tickets can still be purchased from secondary marketplaces, although the prices will not be at face value. With a band as historically relevant as Santana, prices are anticipated to be on the higher side, but that doesn’t mean that good deals can’t be had – if you know where to look.
