Looking for a smaller music festival that still has the integrity, diversity, and star power of Firefly and Gov Ball? With over 50 bands, three outdoor stages, an arena, and 100-foot ferris wheel, the Boston Calling Music Festival has accrued quite the loyal following. East Coasters have been the main supply for Boston Callings of the past, but with this year’s lineup, we think the fest will definitely have a more nationwide draw. The 2019 Boston Calling lineup includes Tame Impala, Twenty One Pilots, Travis Scott, Greta Van Fleet, Hozier, Anderson Paak, and more.

You know you’re dealing with a stacked lineup if Cardi B is on the second tier of performers. Bonnaroo has returned with what may be considered this year’s best music festival lineup, with the Grand Ole Opry, Childish Gambino, Phish, Post Malone, and The Lumineers all serving as the weekend headliners. Completing the diverse concert schedule will be sets from Solange, The Avett Brothers, Brockhampton, Hozier, Kacey Musgraves, and more. The Governors Ball

Randall’s Island, NYC
It took awhile for New York City to nail down its premier music festival. But since Gov Ball came to the island, the Summer concert season has never been the same. With a true integration of hip-hop, EDM, and pop music, NYC’s Gov Ball is now a draw for festheads all over the country. The 2019 Governors Ball lineup is headed by Tyler, the Creator, Florence + the Machine, and The Strokes, with supporting artists Nas, SZA, Lil Wayne, The 1975, and Brockhampton.
Bud Light Super Bowl Music Festival
Dates: January 31 – February 2
Ahead of Maroon 5’s Super Bowl Halftime performance will be the inaugural Bud Light Super Bowl Music Festival, giving fans even more live music opportunities before the NFL Champions have been decided. Day one of the festival will feature Ludacris, Migos, Lil Yachty, Metro Boomin and a DJ set by Lil Jon. Day two will be headlined by Aerosmith, while the final day will feature Bruno Mars and Cardi B—hopefully with a “Finesse” reunion in the works.
III Points Festival
Dates: February 15-17
Beginning with four friends who just wanted to bring local artists together to showcase the diverse culture of the Southern Florida community, the III Points Festival is now one of the state’s premier live music events. This year, the III Points Festival will feature a diverse offering of headliners, including Tyler, the Creator, SZA, Beach House, Herbie Hancock, A$AP Rocky, and the mystical legend Erykah badu.

For awhile, fans questioned whether or not Coachella was true to the hype surrounding it. With so many summer music festivals taking place around the country, could there really be one which tops them all? We bet those who doubted the festival’s prowess have gone quiet as of late, with the announcement of an incredible 2019 lineup. This year’s Coachella headliners are Childish Gambino, Tame Impala, and Ariana Grande. In tier two, we have Weezer, Solange, Kid Cudi, Janelle Monae, J Balvin, Bad Bunny, and more.

Treefort Music Fest
Dates: March 20-24
Following the iconic SXSW model, Boise, Idaho has opened its downtown streets for a multi-venue, four day music festival. The event will total to over 400 artists ranging from music, art, dance, film, and more, making this a fine option for an artistically diverse group of friends. Heading the Treefort Music Fest is Toro y Moi, Vince Staples, Liz Phair, and Low.

Gulf Shores, AL
In need of a music vacation? Head to Alabama’s Gulf Shores for Hangout, one of the premier music festivals of the South. With a beachy backdrop and many VIP options, the Hangout Music Fest is a splendid option for those who want to kick back, let loose, and reap in the waves. Ultra music festival

Founded in 1999, and named after the famed Depeche Mode LP, the Ultra Music Festival has been drawing both local and international electronic dance music fans in mass. With both Live and DJ headliners, the Ultra Music Festival is packed with energy to keep you moving all three fest days. The 2019 DJ headliners include Zedd, Afrojack, The Chainsmokers, David Guetta, and more. Live Ultra headliners include deadmau5, Galantis, Odesza, and more.
Buku Music + Arts
Dates: March 22-23
New Orleans, LA
Primarily a hip-hop and EDM festival, albeit a few rock and pop offerings, the Buku project is often the place to see rising talent before the rest of the world catches on. The Buku Music + Arts lineup includes Lana Del Rey, A$AP Rocky, and Louisiana’s own Kevin Gates. Taking place on the riverfront, the aforementioned acts will be joined by Ella Mai,GRiZ, Suicideboys, Playboi Carti, Gunna, and Toro y Moi.
